JRS & Associates, Inc. was established in 1993. Our focus is to develop distribution of key manufacturer products in all categories of the convenience store. We partner with our key accounts to obtain distribution at retail for the manufacturers we represent. This is accomplished my making our presence known with convenience store retailers, their wholesalers and distributors. We are building the infrastructure to ensure the best possible representation with a web site to support our product lines in the 21st century.
JRS & Associates, Inc. purpose is to allow manufacturers the opportunity to obtain distribution of products in the Utah, Idaho and Montana markets. Our focus is to identify, understand and exploit customer needs in the snack food industry. Our expertise is directly involved with the convenience store industry as well as limited grocery. Our goal is to be "different and better" than other brokerage firms. We create with our manufacturers a differential competitive advantage over their competitors.
JRS & Associates, Inc. was founded January 1, 1993 by Jonathon R. Staples. His background was founded in the snack food industry. He worked as a Regional Sales Manager, Direct Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Key Account Manager and International Sales Manager for King B Inc. beginning in 1983. Jon has extensive experience working to unite relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. King B Inc. helped establish him into the brokerage business as their broker in Utah, Idaho and Montana beginning January 1, 1993.

Deborah Tindall - Debra has specialized experience in the trade. She follows up the non traditional areas where business can be found. Her expertise is in schools as well as retail. She has worked with JRS & Associates since 1993.
Denice M. Smith Staples - Denice is the office manager and deals with customer service issues. She contributes 7 years experience with order processing, and customer service. She has worked with JRS & Associates since 1993.
Laura Petty - Laura will be managing the webservices for JRS & Associates. She has been working since January 2000.
